Real time collection of coke oven operation related data, including temperature system data, pressure system data, coke pushing record data, and production operation data. In combination with on-site coke oven operation procedures, the two coke oven operations are compared and analyzed horizontally and vertically to help production operators find gaps and improve the coke oven production and operation level.
